Valerie Siegel
Valerie Siegel is a trusted and skilled NYC real estate professional with years of proven experience, representing Manhattan buyers, sellers, owners and renters. Originally from Long Island, Valerie made NYC her home 20+ years ago and loves sharing her passion for the city and its diverse neighborhoods with her clients. She excels at understanding her clients' preferences and needs, analyzing markets and trends, and bringing deals to fruition through skilled negotiation. Her roster of real estate owners call upon her exclusively to market their properties for rent or sale.
Valerie's four-year experience studying and living in Japan enables her to speak Japanese and understand Japanese culture and business practices, a very customer-centric approach which helps Valerie supply superior real estate services. At Relo Redac Inc. she assisted Japanese expats with their relocation to the city, often being one of their first points of contact and she remained an excellent resource during their entire tenure. Through the years, Valerie developed a network of international and domestic condominium unit owners, negotiated good terms at rental buildings stemming from her relationships with on-site agents, and helped build Redac's name in the industry.
Valerie attended Clark University in Worcester, MA where she majored in Business Management with a concentration in Japanese. She received her MBA in Marketing from Fordham University. She feels strongly about building trust and relationships, and always goes above and beyond her clients’ expectations.
